4. Company Responsibilities

• The Company will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, estimated timeline, and total cost.
• The Company will use qualified and experienced professionals to perform the Services.
• The Company will obtain all necessary licenses and insurance to perform the work legally.
• The Company will dispose of all waste materials generated during the project responsibly.
• The Company will provide a warranty on materials and workmanship, as outlined in the proposal.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal and may include a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
• The Company accepts various payment methods, as specified on the proposal.
• Late payments may be subject to late fees.

6. Changes to the Scope of Work

7. Warranties
